2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Glamping Tent Arcade is restricted to residents of Canada. You must be at least 19 years of age to play games like Constellation Reels, except in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec where the minimum age is 18. By playing, you represent that you meet these legal age requirements.

3. Virtual Currency Rules

Starlight Sparks are a strictly virtual currency used exclusively for gameplay within Glamping Tent Arcade. Starlight Sparks have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or goods under any circumstances.

4. No Real-Money Gambling

Glamping Tent Arcade is a social casino designed entirely for free entertainment. No real money is wagered, won, or lost on Pinecone Drop, Campfire Compass, or any other game. Success within our platform does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Barnaby mascot, the design of the Starlight Sparks, and the mechanics of our games, are the exclusive intellectual property of Boreal Canvas Entertainment Corp. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of Glamping Tent Arcade.

6. No Accounts or Registration

Glamping Tent Arcade operates without user accounts. Your Starlight Sparks balance is saved locally on your device. We are not responsible for the loss of your virtual currency if you clear your browser cache, change devices, or experience hardware failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Boreal Canvas Entertainment Corp. provides Glamping Tent Arcade on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any technical interruptions, loss of virtual progress, or any damages arising from your use of the site or games like Pinecone Drop.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of Glamping Tent Arcade shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
